A new and traditional styled holiday Petit Penthouse at a 10 minutes walk from the beach and the old village, called Medina. 

In a quiet area that offers room up to a max of 5 people and close to all kind of facilities.

Everything you need for a sun filled holiday in Morocco. There are 1 double bed and 2 single beds and an additional sofa-bed for 1 adult.
Small pets are welcome.

The apartment is 135 m² in total, with 2 floors and 2 beautiful terraces, one is a roof terrace of 65 m² with sea view.. The second terrace with dining area and a outside fireplace/BBQ.
The terrace at the rooftop offers fantastic views on the ocean, the protected forest, the surrounding new medina and the old medina.

Everything is at a walking distance and the small taxis can take you around Essaouira for approx 6 Dirham a ride!
On demand we can arrange WiFi. (extra cost dep. on how long)

For those of you that are staying in the winter, the apartment offers a splendid wood-chimney in the living-area. Wood can be provided against an extra charge depending on demand.

On yr. request we arrange gas heating.
